Grzyb Tartak has been operating since 1995. The plant is located in Siedliska near Józefów in the Lublin voivodship (approx. 100 km from Lublin). The founder of the company is Henryk Grzyb.

With invaluable experience, we use the full potential of the raw material supplied to us. We focus on professional service, punctuality and the highest quality products.

The products of our sawmill enjoy a high level of interest and recognition among customers. We appreciate permanent and long-term contacts. We are also open to new customers. We ensure fair and beneficial rules of cooperation.

The sawmill manufactures its products exclusively from timber sourced from forests where responsible management in accordance with international ecological standards is carried out, ensuring full renewability of resources (certified by FSC®/PEFC®).

Despite being able to process 300 m³ of wood per day, with a single-shift system - we focus on quality rather than quantity. We are constantly implementing new, efficient solutions to ensure that our products meet all our customers' needs and expectations.

The raw material is subjected to a preliminary quality selection, enabling it to be used as much as possible and ensuring the high quality of the individual products produced. We respect the environment and make 100% use of the wood brought to our sawmill.

In the production line, the barking machine, from which the bark is produced, plays a major role. As a result, we change gang saws less frequently. We also have a chipper, enabling us to produce woodchip from all production waste, which contributes to the cleanliness of the plant :)

What sets us apart is our constant and sustainable development. All investments are well thought out, whether in terms of productivity, quality, convenience or finance. One of our most recent purchases was a Komatsu harvester, which has significantly improved the work on the handling yard.

In the future, we plan to build a new production hall. Among other things, we intend to place a vertical band sawmill in it, enabling even better utilisation of the raw material.

Although we have been in Jozefow since 2015, we have already managed to help many people. We have supported the local services - the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Majdan Nepry and Obrocza. We have also helped local schools by organising excursions and by supplying materials for infrastructure construction. We also remember children from the poorest families, as well as those with disabilities. We firmly believe that it is worth helping and that good always comes back.
